Thoughts?
Okay so i been thinking if this even includes as CP, Lets say theres this two fictional characters that r canon minors. But in an AU both of them r grown, so that they could fuck. I been seeing this arguement between friends, and jst wondering if it still is consider as cp or is it weird
no? i mean if you read these chapters and still think of them as minors, it’s weird. as long as you think of them as their grown ups version then it’s fine… is it supposed to be weird or cp ? am i missing something reply
The thing about fiction is always: do they look like a kid? No? Are they a kid? No? Then it’s totally fine. A yes to any of these makes it weird. reply
As a minor myself (17), I feel like if they were aged up just to fuck it'd definitely be weird, but I don't think it would technically count as cp because they were aged up..... It's like one of those moral situations, it's not technically cp but still a very odd thing to do 1 reply
it definitely depends on the age. if you ship pre pubescent children (qiqi and yaoyao for example) and you age them up SPECIFICALLY to fuck, then it’s weird. i woukdnt say it’s cp but i would have to ask why you’re sexualizing them in the first place. i don’t think there’s a reason to age them up with the intention to have them fuck if yo...... 1 reply
I don’t think so…? If they’re aged up only to make them have sex then yeah, but if it’s a fully fleshed out au where they’re grown up and have sex it’s fine. reply
Personally it does leave a weird feeling but it's not rly cp, because they werent children doing it. HOWEVER i still do feel off about it especially if it was just a random chap of them being older just to do it reply
ive always thought it was weird. its the same kind of weird as waiting for a kid to turn 18 to me. like why are you looking at that child and thinking about what could be? its def not CP, because the material itself portrays adults, but the conscious act to choose child characters and then change some things so its not technically illegal to see th...... reply
Just so you know, CP is an outdated term and considered harmful to victims and survivors (I'm a survivor myself, so just letting you know). When talking about this topic, I'd recommend using the term CSAM/CSEM instead as they're more accurate and comprehensible.
And to answer your actual question, no, it is not. So long as the characters aren't ba...... reply
