What do you guys think are "good" or "neutral" coping mechanisms?
The whole situation in the forums earlier made me think a lot and i usually use fiction like x reader fanfiction and yandere dating sims (even though I do find them really corny sometimes) to cope with stuff and i think they're pretty neutral coping mechanisms but i wonder what are other ways people cope and better ways to cope!
For anyone who copes with dark content i actually recommend switching over to movies and books, i believe they're much better with taboo topics than bls! 1 reply
