What do you guys think are "good" or "neutral" coping mechanisms?
The whole situation in the forums earlier made me think a lot and i usually use fiction like x reader fanfiction and yandere dating sims (even though I do find them really corny sometimes) to cope with stuff and i think they're pretty neutral coping mechanisms but i wonder what are other ways people cope and better ways to cope!
I think as long as it’s not mentally or physically damaging to you or those around you then it’s good or neutral. Stuff like doomscrolling might be a bit harmful to some people (like I know it makes me feel bleh and kinda down after awhile), but playing games, reading, etc. is fine is fine in moderation.
