What do you guys think are "good" or "neutral" coping mechanisms?
The whole situation in the forums earlier made me think a lot and i usually use fiction like x reader fanfiction and yandere dating sims (even though I do find them really corny sometimes) to cope with stuff and i think they're pretty neutral coping mechanisms but i wonder what are other ways people cope and better ways to cope!
I tried to cope with self harm but even if it felt decent the reactions from surrounding people is genuinely so suffocating and shitty makes me think if sh victims are even valued anymore (war flashbacks from parents fr)
But I started to talk to more people in general, began to block out any painful memories....which is neutral I think and just tri...... 1 reply
