Since here is like kinda an anonymous place where i get to share out some things that i dont really share out to..
Ever since that day i’ve listened to this one singer on youtube (hoping to go to his concert one day), tears like fountain with gravity helped out pouring down staright non-stop…. Why is it tho? Anyone experiencing this similiar feeling too?
Its abit weird for me n yeah, i wanted to express myself though its always a hard time to, even opening up to people that is suppper suppeeerrr dearest, loved one to me is hard for me to share my thoughts out. If i really do i might really cry out and feel useless faakkkkkkk ╥﹏╥
Is it the case that in the past when you tried to express yourself, you weren't received fairly or even with contempt? Was it the case that you didn't have the freedom to express because the atmosphere (at home or school) wasn't conducive to it? Were you criticized for expressing yourself or for being vulnerable?
I am asking because usually when you don't have the space to express, you develop neurosis around it that can be very difficult for the person to consciously recognize and deal with. Some people, who are themselves emotionally dysregulated, dont react well to someone else's emotions, because they run away from their own. But you should never hold yourself responsible for their drawbacks. If you are responding so strongly to this singer, maybe they were able to express in their songs which you never could, or had the words to? Maybe you relate to the feelings their songs engender. I would suggest keep listening to their songs, and document in your journal how they make you feel, put them down in words. It helps a lot to know yourself better, it helps you to process your feelings. Also looks like your nervous system is managing a lot which has made it burdened and overwhelmed, so it would be better to find a confidante, someone you trust, and talk to them about your feelings. Once you name those feelings and express them to someone who cares, you will feel validated and understood and won't feel overburdened anymore. Additionally, you can also find alternative ways to express yourself, like with art, writing etc.

Also crying is a good thing, it helps you process your emotions, so never shy away from crying. It's as human as it gets. Cry freely.
