The beauty of hating characters that aren't that bad.
I think there is a beauty in still hating characters even though they have valid/human reasons to be a fuck up/not totally reprehensible. I think it's lovely to still hate those characters and should be normalized, that idc how human they are I'm still going to hate them. Opinions? Anyone else ever feel like this?
Being a hater for no reason is fun.
However I do feel like female characters are disproportionately over hated a lot of the time compared to male characters that do the same shit

I get you. like yeah you have your reasons and all and i empathize and understand you and your actions but you're still an asshole. that's how it is with real people too. they are human but guess what so am I. and humans can be very pretty. you can't automatically start being nice to someone, because explanation doesn't erase action. this is why I ...... reply
I just hate the men, I love my favorite male characters but I'd somehow still hate them because they're men and they're gonna be misogynistic in some way or the another. The most common example is when they say "Are you a girl? Stop acting like that" oh have I seen this line in so many stories, the normalized misogyny is insane even if they're well...... reply
