I am the only picky eater in my family. I mainly eat foods I grew up with, and if I stop eating a food for a long time, I often develop an aversion to it. But funny enough the stuff I cant eat is what picky eaters usually like. Bread, pizza, hotdogs, pasta, cake (most things that are made with flour actually) white chocolate, drinks with milk, yogurt, etc
I usually try new foods or "weird" ones bc I want to have more safe foods even if people dont like it/think i wont like it,...... reply

I’m a picky eater as well.
I don’t eat food with strong smell. And now I don’t really eat fried food and most bakery as well. I love them though, it just that I have to stop myself from eating them. reply
