Guilt 100%. Regret is easier to process bc to a certain extent, I can make peace with it, bc It's the outcome of a choice I made. In my heart of hearts, ik that whatever more favourable outcome could have happened would have required choices, effort or abilities that I likely would not have been able to sustain at the time.
