the ita bag i ordered finally arrived today, BUT IT'S ALL WET. like literally soaking wet
im so angry but not sure if it's necessary to Return the bag since i dont have any complain about the stitches or etc. it's just the wet part making me angry...

Return it and get a refund or a replacement. A wet purse is not what you paid for. It might not seem like a big deal right now, but you don't know how long the bag has been wet or how much water damage has already occurred. If it's leather or faux leather, extensive water damage can cause the material to weaken, warp, and peel. You don't wanna keep the bag and then find out a few months later that the water damage was more severe than you thought. Better to return it now and get a bag that hasn't sat in a shipping bag soaking in water.

After it dries, if you notice any peeling, warping, or bad smell like mold or mildew, you can probably still return it. I would just tell the seller that I received the bag soaking wet, dried it to the best of my ability, but the damage was already done. Hopefully it dries fine and you won't have to do anything.

my sister said "dont make big deal of it, it's just wet right? it's not like it ripped or something".. i mean she's kinda right and even if return it i need to buy new bag again i think i just upset because the wet part
Ask for a replacement, it is a big deal, one you don't know what liquid it is and second even if it's water it's compromised

Well has long it's in good condition i guess it's okay but it's okay to ask for replacement for stuff you spent money on babes
i hope when it all dried it's still look smooth (I'll give bad review too to the seller)
