Did u experience bullying ?like the Korean do

Is it a country thing? I'm north african so idk also I was popular as a teen and at uni tho there was always a group who insulted me and disliked me and i think it's normal u can't be liked by everyone
But my little brother got bullied they made a video making fun of him he was just walking omg I was so angry I was at uni at time that I wanted to come and hit the girl , he was considered a weirdo because sometimes doesn't speak Arabic only French and English with his friends when talking about his hobbies... like video-game and books .... and some politics
His video was normal he was just talking but there were insults as caption in the video my dad did go the police and the girl and her parent came crying the next 3 days when they received the convocation and video got deleted by the police
He was so sad and had tears in his eyes if my father didn't go I was making a plan on how to bully her online an eye for an eye but in my country this kinda of things can put u in jail this is why my dad gone to the police
But like in those korean series and manhwa they be crazy wdym u bully hit someone and threaten them to leak the video that's just wild also what's that shuttle boy the one who bring u food and give u money also in my days and same for this generation violence is big no in school it's super rare for me I witnessed it like once and it was between two boys who r similair not bullying type of violence like
For exemple guys who r first in class don't associate with those who smoke and don't do well in school and same for those guys they never bully them maybe some remark if the guy is on the smaller side
I think it's because of something inn our schools there is a surveillance I didnt see this in drama or manhwa it's women or man who walks around the whole school there r a lot of them they just be walking around like a prison warden and if a teacher tell u to get out of class u will have to deal with them they call ur parents
omg I used to find them annoying but now I'm thankfull they were always around so u can't do a thing
