I stopped using deodorant at night cause I sleep alone and I mean, I shower in the morning so it seems like a waste.
HOWEVER
When I wake up, if I’d sweat throughout the night—even a little bit—my armpits smell like ONIONS.
I’m not shocked or surprised by this—if I ever use and sweat I smell a bit; it’s fine. My question is for people that don’t use deodorant often or use alternatives: how do you prevent yourself from smelling funky after twelve hours?
From my experience, putting glycolic acid on your armpits after showering rlly helps, like dabbing it with a cotton pad or your hands, and then using a deodorant/antitranspirant, I really recommend showering at night tho because the sweat of the whole day might accumulate and it'll be stronger when you wake up, sleeping in breathable clothes (like ...... 1 reply
