Soundscapes, white noise, or nature sounds if I need to focus. But for stories with strong period setting like medieval or chinese cultivation (mainly novels), I like to put on the matching lofi. Really helps with the vibe reply

Every scene change, every mood change in the story MUST match the song no matter how short it isi'll either wait stuck on the same scene for the present song to end or change the song before even 1/3rd of it is over(honorable mention: spends an eternity finding the perfect match of a song)
