Is Jax a good trans rep or not?

I'm not trans myself so I can't speak up about this but I have mixed feelings with how people talk about it, on one hand they say it's bad because it wasn't really obvious + he was misogynistic. On another hand, they said he's still a good one cause you apparently don't need it spell out for you that a character is trans and or how women can be misogynistic as well.

Both good points but I wanna see y'all opinions.
