The entire magic treehouse series. My dad would read them to me every other night, and I’d slip into dreams about being in the stories, and it was like the greatest thing ever when I was a wee child. reply
When I was a wee lil lad, there was this 1 book/activity/maybe show series about a monkey teaching kids colours and things outside and stuff. No it's not curious George. It's so niche that I can't find it.

as a kid i also remember really liking geronimo stilton! i never really had favorites that i would obsessively reread or whatever, but i remember my twin being obsessed with a little princess & a wrinkle in time and reading it over and over (at one point she could recite word for word chapters from a little princess lol). iirc i liked earthsea & ju...... reply
I loved reading Rl Steins Goosebumbs. I had a majority of the books at one point my grandmother got them somewhere used probably a thrift store. I also would steal them from my brother. Honestly I read all kinds of horror as a kid. I used to read Edgar Allen Poe, Cirque Du Freak, Fear Street (same author as Goosebumps), May Bird, ect. if it was a ...... reply
