You can be racist toward oppressors, hatred between humanity comes in all shapes and forms, but people usually misuse the term quite a lot. It's usually downplayed unless they get serious enough to treat white people as lesser, (tamper with food, kick out of restaurant for skin solely, purposely using less effort while healing them) while simple "I hate white people" or "All whites are terrorists" are used way more and not often reacted to, which is okay since this is nothing compared to years of slavery but even then you shouldn't be saying this to a specific white person because then you're hating the whites for deciding how well to treat a person based on skin color, but you're doing the exact same thing. I usually say it as a joke between my other black friends only. I can't forcefully change what you think though, so take this with a grain of salt. This is the same concept as people saying misandry isn't real and hatred towards men isn't real.

Sure people might be extremely hostile to men or white ppl but it’s because of the years of hatred and discrimination women and poc have faced, it’s entirely on the oppressor group for any bad treatment they receive icl. I can’t muster up any sympathy for these ppl, it’s consequences of ur actions.
