date everything and and dating sims in general thoughts?
i don't know what it is about date everything but it made me realize 100 needy people with exhausting personalities asking you to fix them them for their love is NOT attractive and then i realized ALL dating sims are like that except boyfriend dungeon so i wanted to know if I'm the only one who feels like this
I don't play dating sims but a character based story without a character arc sounds kinda bootyhole so i doubt it'd be easy to make something satisfying as a story and stay romance focused with a "character" that can't go through a character arc (the player) without going the "you saved them!" route. I think it'd be really really cool if there was ...... reply
Only some are good I reckon, but it is sorta like that

Not so much with date everything but other games: I generally end up picking one or two characters I really like and pretty much only develop my romantic relationship with those, so I haven’t had this issue. I just treat everyone else as a quest and progress them the bare minimum amount (〜￣△￣)〜 reply
