When you exhale like as if you're doing an indoor scream your uvula should go up to and almost assimilate to the roof of your mouth which should help with the gag reflex. You also need to relax and get use to friction back there so practice deep throating popsicles you enjoy. Get a super soft long bristle non electric toothbrush and scrub your tong...... reply
try not to be hungry or sleep-deprived att bc i've felt my gag reflex activating when i'm like that (even tho i'm usually good at controlling it while cleaning the tongue since my mom used to do it for me when i was an infant/toddler and then made me start doing it myself afterwards) reply
