Newtoki is back
so I find out newtoki apperantly is back (뉴토주소 . com) I could open the site but it need a Korean ip to read the manhwa/novel lol. I tried several vpn and it's just doesn't work did anyone know how to access it? Or is it completely impossible for a non Korean user?
From what I've seen, if the site is actually kr-only, there's not really any way around it besides having a Korean ip. But if people have already tried Korean vpns and proxies and they still don't work, then it's probably blocking vpn ips too, or only accepting residential korean ips. If that's the case, it's basically impossible for most non-kr us...... reply
