From what I've seen, if the site is actually kr-only, there's not really any way around it besides having a Korean ip. But if people have already tried Korean vpns and proxies and they still don't work, then it's probably blocking vpn ips too, or only accepting residential korean ips. If that's the case, it's basically impossible for most non-kr us......   reply
