my skin cleared as soon as I cut out soda and only started drinking water. I rarely use skincare products anymore but when I do get acne I use the micellar jelly water from garnier 1 reply
mine's nothing fancy, I use the cetaphil dry skin moisturizer and a dark spot reducing serum after cleansing, then a layer of sunscreen to touch it up. I also make a rice and honey facemask once every 2 weeks. it's great, highly recommend for dry, non sensitive skin reply

if u have acne and dark spots like me, use azelaic acid and benzoyl peroxide. u can find cheaper creams in pharmacy. worked like magic on me. also if the concentration is higher, use moisturizer as buffer reply
i just wanna say cerave cleansers are too harsh for your skin barrier. but they're affordable, stable with a good formulation so i really think that if you still want to use them, use a quarter of the amount you usually use. [unless you use the cleanser to get make up off, which you aren't supposed to be doing in the first place] reply
