I'm sorry but faraway home is kinda overrated.... People be spamming the "if I were a woman loving you wouldn't be a sin" everywhere sobbing like it's Shakespeare writing but I'd say it's pretty common and even better done in other stories that do have the religion and homophobia setting
Historical isekais stories don't utilize the fact they're historical as much as they should most of these stories could be set in the modern era and nothing would fucking change. I wish historical stories didn't only ever used medieval Europe or Asia and overall i want historical stories set during the bronze age and before. A 2 reply

Love triangle seems just glorified cheating. You could argue there's no labels, but I wouldn't trust a person who's two timing. They're actually cool on a surface level, like flirting and crap but it's not so good if they have sex. That's deeper. That's just someone who can potentially cheat on you the moment they find a better hole/dick. 2 reply

Mythical themes and characters in bl manhwas always read so contrived and forced. If mythical creatures act just like humans with all of the typical human failings and hubris, what's the point of being mythical? It's not like this is mythical greek incestuous romance where gods and demigods act like degenerate subpar humans, this is Asian mythology...... reply
Some love triangle stories do NOT need to end in a poly relationship. I'm genuinely tired of people constantly saying, "They should just be poly," whenever there's a love triangle. Sometimes they need to understand that it genuinely does not work for every story.

I absolutely hate it when people hate on a good story with an amazing plot, the most unique artstyle, and Shakespeare level writing style, just because the themes of the manhwa are simply ones you'd put a disclaimer before starting it. The over-exaggeration of boobs in any story, be it bl, gl, or shoujo/josei.
Because okay I like them not too skinny, but when the only thing is their boobs and nothing else it pisses me off. Jealousy? Maybe, but I still think that in SOME cases it’s their only character trait, specifically in shoujo/josei.
