College Advice
Probably not the best place to ask, but I’m gonna be applying for colleges soon and I honestly don’t know where to start. I want to get into an architecture major because it’s what I’m interested in, but everyone I know (family) is trying to get me to go in state. The issue is… I don’t wanna. University of Arizona would be my only option if I follow what everyone says but I know there’s so many other places I could go. I have a decent…-ish gpaof like 3.5, have taken AP’s, and can get scholarships but applying to scholarships and other colleges is something I would have to do on my own. Is there any advice for different colleges or scholarships or literally anything helpful whatsoever??? I literally have nowhere else to rely on ╥﹏╥
hello stranger! as someone who went through the application season last year and is now at an out of state school, the first thing i would say is do your research. there are so many schools to choose from, so i would start early and look at places that specialize in your major or have really good programs for architecture. also look at what the fin...... reply
Honestly I would take the risk and go wherever you wanna go. If you don’t have a school in mind just search school with good architecture programs. Maybe there’s a school in the next state over. It all depends on if you’re willing to pay the price of whatever college you end up choosing. If you’re not then I would just work at Starbucks and...... reply
