grabbing the attention of josei fans

Can someone recommend me josei works similar to Ikoku Nikki/Journal With Witch? I just finished rewatching the anime today and I still can't move on from it
(doesn't have to be only josei tho, any similar character-driven drama that is not romance focused, portrays mental health well and explores the process of dealing with certain emotions will do)
