How tf y'all be finding jobs, i literally send 100 resume everywhere and even pass it ftf but nun of em be hiring me... hate this shitty ass finding job phase( 19f, want a job cuz my mom wont fund my college)
You gotta apply, wait like 2-3 days, go in and alert the hiring manager, or call the place and tell them about your application. It’s better to apply through their website instead of Snagajob or indeed. If possible, try to get a job at a hospital or retirement home as they’re ALWAYS in need because of being short staffed.
