Looking for BL Manga

I'm looking for this BL/Yaoi manga that I can not remember for the fucking life of me.

It's basically about this one glasses-wearing uke who gets cheated on by his ex-boyfriend in his own bed. ( Not the ex-bf's first time, btw)

The uke and ex-bf finally break up, and then the uke meets this new dude at a bar(?). They end up dating, but uke's mad insecure because of obvious past issues. But then they kiss, fuck, make up, and live happily ever after. Also, I think the current bf also ended up being the bar owner(?) from where they first met.

It's probably part of another manga, but I'm not 100% sure.
