Oh gosh, I have to agree. In college, all three of my roommates were Russian. I even went to stay in Russia for a competition for a little while, and let me tell you, the food was definitely something. Russian honey cake is lovely though, and so is borscht, along with a few other dishes. I guess a lot of it also came down to different backgrounds a...... 1 reply

I’m curious what everyone was up to today. For those celebrating, Christmas Eve's here, so how did you spend the day? And for those who don’t celebrate, winter break has started in many places, so what did your day look like?
As for me, I spent most of the day rotting in bed. Later, I went out for some last-minute shopping with my friends and somehow ended up rescuing an exotic-looking cat that was about to get run over by a trolley. It turned out to be a sick and abused margay that had escaped from a nearby house where it was being kept illegally. From there, everything spiraled. My friends and I were taken to the police station and questioned for about an hour because no one believed the animal wasn’t ours. Once the actual owner was identified, we were finally let go. I got home an hour earlier than expected, only to realize I had left all my shopping bags at the police station. Just when I thought the day was over, I got a call saying one of the female officers was bringing the bags back. So now I’ve made tea for her and I’m waiting as I type this.
The previous post was kinda sad lol. Why are so many weirdos on here? Are there any active or slightly active users on here that don't got any drama surrounding them?
