How'd you learn/unlearn a habit?
Wanna work out and just read stuff everyday instead of doom scrolling, heard you create habits by 21 days so where do I begin? Would love to unlearn my habit of binge eating and doom scrolling everyday
i just started going to the gym after school 3x a week and it stuck... lowkey just start doing whatever u want and remember to do it regularly if its even for 30 mins
as for doomscrolling i tend to read novels on my pc than phone and it worked (also when i doom scroll too much i just uninstall the app) reply
