Nah I’ve seen uglier. Most of these are just ugly bc the art style is bad and the last guy is just ugly because he’s a blond white guy w scary blue eyes and a crew cut. These fail to account for the many ugly bl characters who also have straightforwardly bad designs. (Usually in the form of the most chopped haircut you’ll ever see.) The first uke deserves his spot here tho.

But generally the laughably bad art styles do pop out more than just poor character design choices.
