guideverse

so two questions

1. is guideverse a manhwa thing? I don't remember if I ever came across a manga or danmei with that genre.

2. why do guideverse seem so imbalance?
the esper is the dps and the guide is a mixture of debuffer but their role seems to be too reliant on espers since their power does not even heal wounds.

I was reading the s-class as sweet as honey and was really disturbed by how they written Guide, they're basically sex worker in that story, idk if it's intentional by the author or not.
