I was keeping up with a patient with hepatic encephalopathy for almost 2 weeks and she ended up dying yesterday so I'm not doing too good. I mean I know that the rate of survival isn't good if she doesn't get a transplant and she couldn't since it was too expensive and too late for her but still mann this sucks ☹️☹️ like and i tell my dad a...... reply
