Why are they like that

Why is the male leads in every rofan so mad once the mc stopped having feelings for them? Like for example, villainess mc who liked the ml but not anymore and when mc mentions "dw I will divorce you!" or "I have erased my feelings for you" then suddenly they get irritated. Are the male leads automatically can't sleep peacefully once they learned one person doesn't see them romantically? The NERVE. It pisses me off.
