after a quick research (deadass 5-10 min), personally its not ai but I can see why though cause of the way he sounds/talks( sounds like an ai reading a generated script). He was posted on a TED-TALK video presenting physically about a year ago.
(also I AGREE!!!! the amount of cat videos or pics that I find on social media only to find out some are...... reply
