I can't understand why people cry over celebrities or other influential people really anyone who works in the entertainment industry. I understand how they manage to capture people's attention and even I admire their charm and talent and follow some of their shit . But my God actually crying over them? I genuinely can't wrap my head around it. Can someone seriously explain it to me? I can't seem to squeeze out a single thought that makes it make sense lmao

The only reason I understand for people to cry over celebrities or famous people is if they died, although I never did that either. Other than that, crying over them is so corny to me ngl. #lowempathy 1 reply
I must be weird as fuck then because when Bonnie Tyler died i cried like a baby and I wasnt even a fan of her like that. It just hits different seeing those memorial videos. It sucks to think about death in any form in my opinion. reply

i wouldn't cry if i met a fav celeb or anything bc i prefer to maintain distance from ppl in the entertainment/sports industry so i don't like getting emotionally attached to them.
i think ppl who do that are emotionally attached to their self who went through tough times and felt respite bc of that celeb rather than the celeb themself...or maybe,...... reply
