the people getting upset at OP, just so you know, there are a lot of countries that actually have bylaws against feeding strays for this exact problem.
you can totally help strays, but you can't do it at the cost of others, nor can you forcefully burden others with the job. imagine if your neighborhood pooled together money for the neighborhood an...... 1 reply
