Why do horror anime and manga low-key suck?
I feel like the best media to execute horrors are movies and games, books are good too at specifically disgusting you with details but shows, animes and manga are always lacking in the horror genre :/
idk i think there's some good ones, tho it also depends what you like in horror. I don't rlly care for the "scare factor" of horror media anymore so movies have been so hit and miss for me :/ 2 reply
honestly uzumaki. I haven't read the manga so I'm not talking about the storyline and plot, more so just the visuals, they're REALLY good but not scary at all, maybe I'm desensitized to gore and disturbing visuals but people on instagram and tiktok keep glazing it as scary and I'm confused on it, maybe they meant on a psychological way if the plot ...... 1 reply
