its not hypocrisy imo because when you're young and brought up with a strict belief system, you can't just switch it off one day, even if it's hurtful to you or those around you, you have to uncondition yourself which is a long, fuck-ass, jarring process. i don't think she should've shared it knowing the queer struggle but its her circumstances ult......   reply
