I don't know man... I fear you might be oversimplifying. Death and suicide in particular are such sensitive and broad topics that we have to be careful with them. By the way, I can clearly tell this was written by someone who wants people to keep going and I think that's a beautiful intention. I also agree that there's a good percentage of people w......   1 reply

My opinion is that it's easier said than done (as someone who tried to kms). You're not wrong for thinking like this; I think it's a beautiful and lucky thing to have this positive outlook, and everyone should strive to be this positive. But the truth of the matter is that most of the people who have suicidal ideations don't have this perspective a......   1 reply

If you're asking for real, I'll answer for real. It's because some people don't see a future past the pain. It's also easy to say 'live life without regrets' but actually doing it is hard. Of course I'm not advocating for ending it all, I'm saying that while some people can get out of their state of despair by themselves, others sometimes need help......   2 reply

I know you mean well, but as someone who’s had to live with a chronic illness since childhood (one that really affects me every single day), I can only say that it’s not that simple. I can’t just tell myself that the hard times will pass, because it’s incurable and will be with me my whole life. I’ve asked myself so many times, “Why me......   2 reply

Most of the time when people want to kts, they know that life have nothing more to offer to them. It’s easy to say « but there’s so much things you’re going to miss in this life » but when you’re lonely and broke, you can’t expect something good from the future. As someone who failed to kms, when I found that was still alive I add the......   1 reply

It's makes me sad to see so many young people wanting to end their lives before they even hit 20. I often wonder if there were always so many people struggling with suicidal thoughts and I was just blissfully unaware as a teen. I think life has a lot to offer and ending it before it begins would be a mistake. The only issue I have here is equating......   1 reply

Thank you everyone for replying and giving me a broader understanding. In no way was my intention meant to minimize anyone’s pain, I definitely should’ve gone into depth more. whoever is out there and going through a tough time, I hope you find peace and comfort along with healing   reply
