I am on my periods and it hurts so bad, I don't get pain in uterus but My legs hurt a lot, they are trembling and I not able to stand for long, and my body feels feverish and I'm getting chills.
Stains and Mood swings are making it worse.

I know its different for everyone, but the best thing that helped me was-
getting help from others, GOING IN THE SUN YES!, Taking better care of my self, Doing things that I really love.
Life can be very depressing sometimes, it gets hard to feel or express different emotions, everything feels meaningless and monotonous.

Sleeping, a good sleep really fixes me, maybe because many times you start having too many thoughts and you need a break. After a good sleep my mind becomes clearer and more rational.
Cooking and eating my favourite food really helps me a lot.
Writing down what you are feeling in any words possible is also helpful.
