Which one do you normally choose?
Do you guys care whether the chapters are official or fan translations, or whether they’re censored or uncensored? Like, if an official uncensored version comes out after you’ve already read it, do you go back and read it?
Personally, I don’t really mind or care that much. If the fan translation is already good and understandable, I don’t really feel the need to read the official version. And I don’t mind the “lightsaber” thing either, lol. I still can see what it’s supposed to be
i like the officials cuz most times the quality are high, but tbh i prefer the fan trans. all the memes and the tiny/scattered "tl/n" are so funny to me. and it seems like it has more feels than the official ones. and i also dgaf about the censored dihhs LOL reply
Uncensored officials first if avail....after that I read anything uploaded. But if I find uncensored official uploaded to something I prev read thru whatever translation, it would have to be a top most fav to read it again in uncensored official then. I only have a few favs I am willing to go to re-read for a translation/censorship change....most...... reply
I read whatever's out first when I come across the series, but if both options are available I start with officials unless it's a fan translation group/infividual I trust with my heart. I will never reread a series just bc official translations drop tho, unless I rly like the series and find it super intriguing bc I generally don't usually reread s...... reply
