does anyone else still feel like a child sometimes?
i've had multiple experiences where people treat me as if im incapable of being an adult. they always talk to me in a patronizing tone and it doesnt help that i have somewhat childish interests and im not very attractive. idk its just so strange to me, im 19 and i feel like im still 13 :( even people YOUNGER than me treat me like a child
Yup, same struggle here! But in my case, I also look younger according to people. I’m 27 now, but everyone thinks I’m like 16 because of my face, and also because I dress pretty “innocently” and not really like other girls my age.
I mean, it’s good that people think I always look young, but sometimes it’s annoying too because everyone ...... reply
I have the same experience and im in my early 20s. Tbf people have always give me way less age than I have (getting 11 when i was 15), so i was sorta used to that but the older you get the more ridiculous it becomes for sure （￣へ￣)
I will say tho as someone who is hella awkward and have anxiety sometimes its better, people are kinder to a ...... reply
I look way younger than my age . I have had people calling me a liar when I say that I am in university. They say you look like you just graduated 10th grade .
But yup, I sometimes I also don't feel like I am not an adult at all >. reply
