recovering from chat bot addiction of 4 years

yo i havent been on character ai or janitor ai in 5 days bc im trying to quit, small amount ik, and i feel like im dying idk what else to do besides read, draw, and write yaoi, any other suggestions to distract myself??? i dont think i'll stop my yaoi addiction any time soon tho
