I don't know about my future? Am I fucked
Guys, be completely honest with me, am I fucked? I don't know what I wanna do after I graduate. I mean, I wanna be a nurse or go into digital design..but AI is freaking crazy so I'm dropping digital design I wanna be a nurse but I haven't taken any health classes or CPR classes in highschool and I regret it so much....right now I'm thinking that if I do force myself to go through college, I wanna go 2 years to a tech and then to college for nursing, but I've literally been scrolling on tik tok and my whole fyp is people saying how terrible it is and hard I literally don't know what I wanna be and im scared because it's getting pricey in this generation to even move out and hard to get a job.
Please give me advice, or even recommend me majors It's neither nursing or maybe something to deal with agriculture. I'd love to hear anyone's experience with college, whether you went or not, and how ur doing so far if y'all read this far and choose to answer.
I don't know if this would help you but as an incoming college myself, I went through a lot to be enrolled in this major that I'm currently taking. I’m kind of the same but its paramedic school instead of nursing.
Considering you didn’t take any health classes I recommend if theres a rescue cadet program in the area where you live, you’ll gain experience if you wanted to become a firefighter, search and rescue, and paramedics/EMT. EMTs get paid similar to nurses reply
im a healthcare professional and i work alongside nurses and trust me, bedside work is crazyyy. i handle critical and emergency cases, attend code blue and such. it's tiring, draining, but it’s genuinely fulfilling to see patients get better and thank you for taking care of them. so if it's really your passion to improve others’ health firsthan...... reply
Jesus I am taking a look to when I was in this dilema. Look as someone who has spent a lot of time in university (some problems and two careers) let me give you some advice...volunteer. omg I had the same conflict as you 4 years ago... so, in senior high, I wanted to take an art-related degree like something related to animation and all because I do love drawing and I did not want it to stay as a hobby. Hello, do you live in America? If so, I recommend going to a community college(CC) if you don't know what to do. Classes at a regular university are way more expensive. Although you should be aware that if you want to transfer credits there may be some issues and there may be a lower quality of education at CC. You don't have to pick out a major ye...... reply
