Everytime I read the news, I feel like I'm gonna have a panic attack and I can't get out of bed or bring myself to do anything. Btw I'm trans and in the US. Instead of staying helplessly paralyzed, I've turned my attention towards my local community instead, helping individuals and volunteering where I can, building connections, going to town hall ...... reply
