It's concept is good, but doesn't work for one simple reason. Human nature. The concept is that everyone is equal and deserves the same things. Everyone does their part so that everyone gets to eat the same, everyone gets to live the same, nobody gets more than others. Think of a commune, hence communism. its a stateless, classless, moneyless society. the workers control the state. true communism however has never been achieved by any country.
