As someone who has never seen the world, I often wonder how people live in different places, and I plan to leave the country unless it suits me best. So , any Americans here?

My sister found out later in her pregnancy the baby was brain dead and her high risk doctor, a competent specialist, offered to induce labor. But the hospital rejected the procedure due to it not being a medical necessity by state laws because there was technically still a heartbeat. Even though waiting carries a risk of sepsis. reply
American here. It’s a genuinely nice place to live, stunning scenery, great food, beaches, good weather, and a real mix of cultures and backgrounds that makes it interesting.
