I've seen people call lean muscle guys in bls twinks but then I don't think so..... Like is a bl guy not a twink only when he's built like a double door fridge with insane muscles with transcending levels of testosterone Idk if y'all get it
Lean guys can be twinks, twink is more about being a young lean or skinny and mostly hairless (or shaved) gay guy. Unless you're older, jacked or well endowed with body hair, you can be a twink
