When I was a kid, my mum told me a myth of how apparently if you were to find a rainbow and cross through it, you would change your gender, idk if it's my favourite but it is the first one I heard of so it has a special place in my heart. ️

I always love Little Red Riding Hood
I'm a sucker for people that made their version of little Red Riding hood, whether they turn it into romance, horror, action, or anything else that referenced to LRRH i'm down for it.
If i ever made a book of my version LRRH, it would be about horror fantasy where Red is inside a nightmareish forest, she wander...... reply

1. I hate how Nezha was forced to live as a destruction prince/immortal child (since in Chinese mythology, he was born from a Lotus Flower to have a life OF a normal human. Used to, until he was reborn again to become the God of War in Chinese Mythology). Not only that, his life was miserable....... reply
The Willow Wife/Maid (you can also find different versions on books): basically a young farmer falls in love with a pretty woman and marry her...but well, she was a Willow tree spirit, couldn't stay too far from it and.... he ended up cutting the tree (to bring her with him forcefully) - and she dies (holly toxic relationship).

I really love Donkeyskin. For me it was the first fairytale that rlly made me go “wtf” when i was younger bcs obviously i wasnt aware that it was strikingly common for kings (wanting) to marry their daughters in history, but also because I really liked how the game, The Wolf Among Us tackled that storyline and molded it into a character who’s...... reply
Some stand outs to me has got to be the myths of Medea, Icarus and Daedalus, Tantalus and Pelops, and of course Orpheus and Eurydice(Extra, not myths but just characters/beings in Greek mythology, I love the Moirai) reply
