Feeling like an Eloise Bridgerton

Blind dates are something popular in my culture and I'm fine with it , my problem is that every guy i am introduced to acts as if we're already meant to be from the first conversations , they would be thirsty for affectionate words when I don't even know them and when I tell them that I cannot feel something that deep for someone I met not long ago they get very disappointed. When I talk with my entourage about this they tell me that I should not be this cold and i have to reciprocate their feelings ( after like talking 2 times ) .... what is wrong with people? Or is it me ? Did the marriage market change ?
