I'm questioning the tactics here, rather than the need for pushback against transphobia and transmisogyny. that user isn't particularly unique in engaging in that rhetoric, so it doesn't make much sense to focus on any particular user when we could be talking about how people use the rhetoric of "defending women" to promote transphobia. now the focus is on them as a person and provokes all kinds of ego-protecting moves and personal attacks from them when we could be talking more concretely about how people couch their transphobia and transmisogyny specifically in superficially feminist rhetoric. let's not get bogged down in pvp fighting that can't really go anywhere. let's promote stuff like this: https://www.mangago.me/thing/about/953236/
