Nope, i learnt that a long time ago, never trust a rating. Maybe it's because the series usually always reaches the target audiences, users are just really generous or people who dislike the series just don't rate at all and would prob just leave a comment.
I say if it's a 9.5+ the series either is genuinely a masterpiece or glazed to oblivion for......
